Dr. Spink is a doctorally prepared, board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with more than 20 years of healthcare experience. Although her background spans several specialties, psychiatry is her passion. Her approach is collaborative, honest, empathetic, and nonjudgmental, with a focus on helping each client achieve greater mental health stability.
Through Essential Mental Healthcare, her goal is to help clients better understand their diagnoses and live their best lives through individualized treatment, recommended therapy, and medication management.
Dr. Spink earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP), a Master of Business Administration (MBA), and a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She is a member of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing and has cared for children and adults ages 9 and older in both hospital and outpatient private-practice settings.

We help people experiencing a variety of mental health concerns get on the path to feeling better. We care about you and your goals, and you can get care from the comfort of home. We provide talk therapy, psychiatry, and medication management for a variety of mental health diagnoses. We offer virtual care via HIPPAA compliant telehealth. Should your treatment plan include medication, your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice. To start, book an appointment.
We have same week availability, so you can begin care soon. From there, you'll meet with me video to talk through what you're experiencing and what your goals are. Together, we'll come up with a plan that you're comfortable with and start right away. After that, we'll meet regularly to make sure your plan is working.
