Dr. Frances Spink, DNP, MSN, MBA, PMHNP-BC

Dr. Spink is a doctorally prepared Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 20 years of healthcare experience. She has worked in several specialties; however, psychiatry is her passion. Her philosophy as a provider is to work with each client to achieve mental health stability. She is non-judgmental, honest, and empathetic. Her goal through her practice is to help her clients live their best life and to understand their diagnosis, through recommended therapy and medication management.

Dr. Spink obtained her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree in 2024 from Capella University. She holds a Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) as well as a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN). She graduated with honors from Walden University. She is part of the Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing. Her previous healthcare experience as a Registered Nurse and then as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse includes working with children and adults (ages 9 years and up) in both hospital and outpatient private settings.

We now accept United Health Care, Optum, Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Arizona Insurances. We are in the process of accepting other insurance plans. We accept private pay (cash pay). We also offer sliding scale discounts and superbill.

For your convenience, we offer both In-Person and Televideo appointments. In-Person appointments are held at our Chandler office located at 793 N Alma School Rd., Suite #5, Chandler, AZ 85224 or the Boise office located at 9482 W. Fairview Avenue, Boise, ID 83704.

For Televideo appointments we see patients via an easy to use HIPAA compliant platform for all telepsychiatry visits. This is a secure method that our patients have embraced. This allows our patients to follow up with their provider from wherever they may be located. This convenience makes it easy to maintain a busy lifestyle and stay focused on mental health. Hard to get time off from work? Can't find a babysitter? Don't want to fight traffic? Just don't want to go out? Online appointments are your answer. Frances treats patients ages 9 and up.
